Refund policy

At STRAPVLT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Returns: 
We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds: 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us before the withdrawal period expires. Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
